Policy Studies on Low Collection Rate of Chinas Waste Paper Resources

Paper recycling has a lot advantages which have widely approved by scholars.As world fiber resources becomes more and more scarcer,waste paper is acting an important role in paper making.Comparing with developed countries like Germany, JapanChinese waste paper collection rate is very low. Chinese domestic waste paper demand is relying on import. It not only raises the price of waste paper on international market, but also leads to a great lost of domestic renewable forest resources and causes damage to the environment. So enhancing domestic waste paper collection is becoming more and more important nowadays. Different from focusing on recylcing behavior or recylcing economy, this book is a brand new start to research on Chinese waste paper collection rate. And it is also original and creative to investigate the title from policy aspects. The whole thesis can be regard as proposal of enhancing waste paper collection rate,and will provide certain reference for the further academic discussion and policy making.
